Lianna, of Greek origin, and Prosper, of Nigerian origin, imagined an elegant and deeply symbolic wedding. Domaine de la Fauconnie is an elegant 19th-century residence nestled in the heart of Périgord countryside. Its architecture and gardens provide the ideal setting for a high-end wedding in the Dordogne.

The reception was held in the Orangery, inspired by the Eiffel style and bathed in natural light. This metal structure creates a chic, contemporary and perfectly balanced atmosphere. The cocktail reception took place in the rotunda, an open space that encourages conviviality and fluid movement.

Every detail of the estate contributes to an elegant, intimate and resolutely exclusive experience.

A powerful cultural surprise

For the ceremony, Lianna and Prosper wore elegant, timeless outfits. At the reception, the bride and groom surprised their guests with traditional Nigerian attire. These colourful, symbolic garments left a lasting impression on the guests. This powerful moment illustrated the richness of their origins and the unity of their history.

The couple and group photos were taken near the cypress trees and heated swimming pool. The sunset bathed the scene in a soft, warm light.
